Hi, I'm Megan — a speech-language pathologist, recovering perfectionist, and the founder of Radical Language.

I spent 7 years as a pediatric SLP, which is a fancy way of saying I've debated plenty of toddlers on whether "ball" is a noun or a lifestyle. I've worked in schools, hospitals, outpatient clinics, and a few genuinely dramatic NICUs. I've celebrated first words, learned more than I expected in supply closets, and once accidentally taught a 4-year-old to say "dude" instead of "yes." (No regrets.)

Early in my career, I felt what a lot of school-based clinicians feel: heavy caseloads, thin support, and real burnout. That experience is exactly why I started Radical Language in 2022 to build the kind of staffing partner I wish I'd had when I was the one in the classroom.
