Who we are

Radical Language is a therapist-owned speech-language staffing company, founded by an SLP with 7+ years contracting directly with Western school districts. We place licensed, ASHA-certified SLPs both in-person and via teletherapy to fill the staffing gaps that leave students without the services their IEPs require.

We're not a corporate staffing agency. We're built and run by clinicians, with fair rates for districts and fair pay for the therapists we place.

Where we cover

We serve school districts, charter schools, BOCES, and SELPAs across the Western U.S. — in-person where possible, virtual where needed — including Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Washington, California, Wyoming, Montana, Alaska, and Hawaii.

All clinicians are licensed, background-checked, fingerprinted, and credentialed. We're fully insured for general business and professional liability.
